Youth Development:
our approach to youth development is rooted in social justice; we recognize that young people can play an important role in effecting deep community change. we work with communities to strengthen relationships with young people, help them develop new skills and abilities, and work in partnership with them to improve their communities. Through this process we achieve strong youth development outcomes, even with alienated, hard to reach youth populations. We also create practical resources and offer training to share new models of youth development.

Youth Leadership and Engagement:
We design and promote a collaborative approach that prepares young people to provide leadership for positive change in organizations and civic life. We offer practical tools, training, for young people to develop leadership abilities rooted in their own values, goals, and skills.

Youth Mentoring:
we provide young people with positive adult role models in their community and in the workplace through a structured mentoring program.

Education and Training:
we believe that education is a right for every young person not a privilege; we provide access and increase learning opportunities for under privilege young people both in school and out school.

Youth Entrepreneurial skill development:
we provide young people with employability skills through, entrepreneurial Training, vocational skills training, and personal skills as a way to build their capacity for productive work force

Community development: we work in partnerships with communities to identify it problem and help them develop tools and strategies in creating positive change.

Youth Health Education and Awareness:
We encourage and prepare young to lead healthy lives by equipping them with the right knowledge and personal skills they need to make informed healthy life choices
